For ages now I've been rolling up to a roundabout etc. and when engaging a gear to drive away all gears just disappeared. I've found a little leak in the slave cylinder which may be the culprit? What do you think?
Also, when I can get a gear (on a clutch double pump) first gear seems to be very high and and far away from neural, but then second is very close to neutral, like half an inch but never pops out of gear. Third and fourth are finee and so is reverse. What might this be?

It's 998cc 1989 carb model,
Cooper s gearbox and remote gear change.

Cheers. Joel

Almost as if the selector fork has slipped along the rod?

Is this repairable or will I need a new one? I have limited clutch knowledge and very little knowledge when it comes to gearboxes and linkages...
