Hey guys and girls
I have just cut a load of rust out of the bottom of mini 1994 mayfaire and I am left with a big rusty hole under where the rear door pocket is. I have a non genuine inner sill from mini spares but it does not run down the car that far so I guess there must be anoth panel I need.

Any ideas a link would be fab if someone knows what I need and where to get it.

Cheers

You can either make your own out of some 0-9mm thick steel sheet or you can buy a complete inner sill from M Machine

Those inner sill repair panels are potentially lethal, as they leave a gap at the seat crossmember. They are only for bodgers, and do not make any kind of proper structural repair. I find it quite depressing that such things are sold by suppliers who should know better. I only commented because I hate horrid structural bodges. You are obviously very sensible, as you intend to fix it properly.

As sonikk4 says, 0.9mm steel is one way to go, m-machine is the other.
