It was bought for research work for my university project but as I have finished university the micra is now surplus to requirements. I bought it and drove it back from Wincanton Somerset to Calverhall Shropshire and it was great fun to drive. Perfect as a little run around, donor vehicle for a micra conversion or class 2 grass track car (use this instead and save a mini).

Vehicle not been smoked in.
MA series Nissan engine fitted. Big Chief has done conversions with this engine so it is possible. Its a carburettor engine and uses a dizzy and coil so electric's should be easy on a conversion.
Bad points
Missing its air filter. The metal housing is there but no filter
No tax. I couldn't afford to keep it insured so had to sorn it.
Bit rusty around the bottom of the doors and around the rear arch
No parcel shelf
Boot stays don't hold the boot up.
I don't have the MOT certificate but you can check the details on line as I did and it will come back saying it has MOT. You will just have to tax it online or over the phone instead of going to a post office.
Could do with a wash and polish up. If I have time before it sells I will do it but I'm a bit busy at the minuet with other things.
It has also had its second back box removed from the exhaust by the previous owner. Maybe a good thing or bad thing depending on how you see it. As long as you are not flooring it, it isn't too loud. I drove back on the motorway with it and was able to hear the cassette radio (old school). He did it as it was going to fail its mot on the exhaust so welded a piece of pipe in its place. It has a great boy racer exhaust note to it yet you realise you are still only doing 25 mph

Also for Sale Nissan MA12s cylinder head (a spare basically for the above car). Complete with cam shaft and valves but the rockers are missing. £10 ono. Collection only from the same place as the micra.
