Hi,

Just to let you know I am loving this episode of top gear when they are in India, as Hammond is driving a Mini, loving it.

It was brought back to England, and Hammond now owns it. (Think its being restored)

He was as well but there was an article on TopGear.com that said that where they left the cars was actually a cemetery and the cars had to be moved so where brought back to britain, we're hammond bought the Mini of the BBC and has started to rebuild it. :)

Not this again >_< ... for the sake of one mini, the amount of people it attracted to mini ownership far outweighed the fact that the front was pulled off of it. To be honest I thought it was pretty funny

The mini is at Beaulieu motor museum, they have a world of top gear exhibition with a fair few cars from the shows there.

Heres the 'Bring Wilf Home' fan page:

And heres the trailer for India special:

And, like I said last year when it was first aired, I dont know why people are getting so touchy about the 'pulling the front end' off someone elses mini!! I know it was a cheap 'joke', but seriously, its not they stole it and damaged someone's pride and joy. I dont see anyone complaining about the mini in the film 'goodbye pork pie' where they dismantled it, or when in the Italian Job they threw 3 minis off an alp (they actually totalled around 50 minis in that film!!). Rant over! :proud:
