How much roughly would a set of superlights 13*7 wheels cost to re chrome .

In short, more than the cost of a brand new set.
I would however suggest you don't get chrome wheels. Chrome isn't really great when plating to aluminium because it flakes (as I assume you've found out).
If I were you I'd remove the chrome myself (youtube how to) and sand and polish up the ali (you can get a near-chrome finish) then if you want either laquer or clear anodise them- they'll look much better for longer and IMO won't look so tacky

ok thanks for that how do i go about getting the ali wheels shinining , what do i need sanding and polish wise and what sort of step by step way do i need to do it .

Are they chrome now?
You can't sand chrome , its a plating that needs to be removed using electrolysis... I'm not sure exavtly what the electrolyte you need, but you will be able to do them at home with a decent sized container to submerge the wheels in, a car battery charger, and somwthing suitable as an anode. Youtube how to.
