Can anyone tell me, with photos if possible.. how to fit the front side Perspex windows and the rear quarter windows, I'd prefer to have them rivet'd from the outside but don't know how I'd go about doing the front 2, and I'm assuming you just rivet the back quarters onto the small lip that the normal window shuts against?

Thanks

All depends which size windows you have. There are 3 types of rear quarter for the mk3 onwards, chrome opening, bolt to body and original fixed rubber.

Don't use rivets what ever you do. They put too much stress on the small area and cause stress fractures. Use stainless nuts and bolts, m5 look good.

And don't use perspex either. Its horrible, dangerous stuff that shatters into large very sharp shards. Use polycarbonate, its the stuff they use in between 2 sheets of glass to make bullet proof windows so is strong and does not shatter.

If you haven't got windows yet have a look at my posts in the traders section.

Thanks dan, that's where I was going to get them from :) someone's already highly recommended you.. nuts and bolts it'll be then, was i right in saying they'll bolt through the small lip the normal window shuts against?
