Pointless.
I see 4 minis all the time but i have never said ive spotted them as if they were a member of TMF already then i would know who they are, saying i saw a red mini with a white roof with minilights here people will be like its not mine and the person who owns it wont be on TMF, totally pointless and a waste of bandwidth.

Yeah i don't see the point 
would be better if the mini was a rarer car but its not
