Options For Sticking With Steel Wheels Please

1980 mini 1000 running drum brakes and 10 inch wheels. I want to go slightly bigger than the 145 tyres fitted, but without the necessity of fitting arches. what steel wheel options are available please

You could go for 4.5"x10 Reverse Rims (Dunlop LP 918) with 165/70 10 tyres.

shes decided to stick with the rims shes got ( its daughters car, I may have to get my own yet lol ). so can I go 165/70 on standard 4.5 inch rims , as the 145's on there whilst they have plenty tread are perished. thanks
