Ive just fitted my stge 1 with with a fletcher backbox (twin tail pipe dtm) and the car is fine in 1st and 2nd but bit slow in 3rd and esp 4th top end!! Ive only taken the car a 5 min drive about the block.

Is this because the ecu needs more time to adjust to the mods or is the backbox really that much of an issue?

Any advice be greatly appreciated.

You need to drive it for a minimum of 20 miles to get the ecu reading the mods.

Car still seems very lackin in power ESP once in reaches 75mph. Maybe it's my imagination, I don't know. Fine gettin up there but once there def struggles. Will b giving her good drive tomoro.

Cud it b the dtm backbox or is it jus my imagination. Will b gettin her on rr again. B interesting to c if there's an increase in power!

This is the backbox I have on. Up to the backbox, it's the 1.75inch pipe. She's well improved with the driving but def dies at 75mph in 4th. Can't remember 4 life of me if she was like this b4!!
