Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a decent mechanic near Birmingham who knows their Minis. My Mini has been to 2 Mini "Specialists" who have both not only gone out of business but also done considerable damage to my Mini and then disappeared, I now need someone who can sort the car out and do MOT's, The place I usually use for the MOT damage the car every year and I don't want to take it back there. I'm looking for a final time for a decent mechanic otherwise I think the Mini will be going. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks in advance.

If you're on the right side of Birmingham (south), then Cols Mini Centre in Feckenham is excellent and very well established.

I know a very good independent mechanic that used to work on my old mini when I was at uni. He's the old school type that really knows his stuff and is very trustworthy. The only negative aspect for you is that he is based about 50 miles away from Birmingham. If you'd like his contact details, PM me.

Deanymini-Thanks but that's a bit far for me. If all else fails I may have to re think.
