Ive got a minispares 2 core rad with a screw in temperature sender like this in the bottom:

and it won't stop leaking. Ive tried PTFE tape on the threads with no joy. Any other ideas?
Any idea where i can get a new sealing washer for it? Do you think a motor factors will have them?

Halfords or motorfactors will have stock of copper sump plug washers and fibre washers too. You could try those along with PTFE tape or locktight on the threads.
