hi ,im mardey ,im new on the forum ,ive got a 1990 mini ,can i ask on the fuse box under the bonnet the top fuse has 2 wires coming off it one white which goes into the loom and the other one where does it go its about a meter long as my car wont start and neither does horn .indicaters b lights can anyone help please thanks
