need a some help on my fuse box the top fuse is 35 amp with a white wire and a black wire connected to the left hand side of that fuse the white goes off into the loom can you tell me where the other one goeds please its bout a meter long ,thank u

Black on a mini is earth. It sounds like somebody has been adding wires
