Charity Classic Mini taken and stripped for parts
A fully restored Classic Mini was stolen last night from the garden forecourt of GemUK garage in South Ferring. The car had been filled with balloons in a competition raising money for St Barnabus House. The mini was taken to the nearby football field and stripped off all its parts and abandoned. CCTV footage shows a group of men in black taking the mini, but no one has been identified.
The fundraising was going really well with plenty of local support, so it was a real blow to the garage. The fundraising will continue without the Classic Mini so please do continue to support the competition which will run now until the end of October.
Any one who has any information please contact the local police.

I suppose the only positive thing is that they didn't torch it. Can still be turned back into a perfectly good mini!

I know the guy who owns this. Could be kama for stringing his girlfriend along for over 4 years without telling her he was arranged to be married to someone else.
