Fitting Rocker Cover?

Will all rockers fit most heads? im looking at putting this type on but remember someone saying you couldnt fit this type. Any Advice welcome please

all rocker covers are interchangeable.

the only limiting factors are:
*11 stud head as fitted to some cooper 's' will need a couple of grooves made.
*You have hight lift rockers/cam that the rockers catch the cover.

If your cams/rockers are standard that cover is fine.

that cover is all right even with high lift rockers

Think i have upgraded cam/rockers. ill do some digging and find out. The cover im looking at is the one they used to fit to the 90s cooper s conversions

that cover is usually all right even with high lift rockers

You all lie. Bungle is right. These aftermarket rocker covers work with high lift cams. As do the pressed steel ones. It is the finned metro covers that catch with high lift cams, due to the angle of them.

So what your saying is if i have uprated rockers i may have trouble with a cover like this?

Yes, if by uprated you mean high lift (1.5:1 or 1.7:1)

open his link to what he wants to fit. he wants the metro cover, which is a problem as you say

but I've heard of others catching, with hight lift cams AND rockers

yeah i think you may have issues with the metro cover:/
