The only thing is that spray cans don't last that long and are not that cost effective @ £6.50 a can, is it more cost effective to buy the paint and thin it and spray it with our compressor?
I'm not looking to spray the whole car in one go as its an on the road project.
does anyone know of some good places to buy Mini paint?
Mine is - Arum White - NMF (BLVC449)
Thanks in advance
Alex

Hi there buddy, take a look at my thread, i got a lot of feedback. The only way you can find your paint is to trial and error with each of the suggested Websites people gave me

Ha ha ha i was serious, find a good local paint supplier there must be one near you, sod buying on line if you get it wrong it will be a pain
your local supplier will make you swatches of the colour you like, take them home and ponder over your colour choice
they are a hive of information, that is how i sorted mine, everthing you need will be at hand thinners tacky cloths wet and dry all at trade prices no delivery

I went to a car shop today and they said they can mix paints, they said they charge £14.00 for 250ml tin which will need to be mixed with celle thinners is that a good or bad price?
I may see if i can find a specialist mixing company rather than a shop that just 'mixes it'
Thanks

not sure bud on price , if they are mixing it no, you need to thin it yourself, as you need to reduce the amount of thinners when you are near the final coatHaha thanks for the info though,
