Hi all, I'm fitting some spotlights to my car this morning, and just wondered if anyone could tell me or post a photo of where the wiring goes, ie: through the grill or underneath or elsewhere?
Many thanks in advance,
Tom

Yep, through the grille :)

That was quick (:
Thanks!
Any specific area of the grille? As in as far down as possibly to allow the grille to binge slightly if it needs removing?

Haha no probs!

On my mum and dads the wires just go through about 2 or 3 gaps up, so the wire from the spots runs about 10cm then connected with a spade connector :)

When I installed mine I fed the wires under the grill, when wires go through the grill every time you want to take grill off you have to unplug the spots

Now there is a good tip! Well worth doing this, your bound to regret it later on.

Cheers guys for all the helpful advice!
I've just finished attaching the spotlight brackets, that was a bugger of a job, but luckily we have a pit in the garage which made things easier.
I'm just going to clean the grille now, but from the sounds of it the best way would be to do the wiring now, rather than after I've put the grille back on?

Yes do it first but make sure you have enough slack for the cable to go around the grill

+1 for under the grille. I have also seen some (possibly works or similar) cars that have a socket above the offside indicator, looks like a quick release attachment. I'd be interested in fitting one of those.
