hi guys.. im currently building up an A+ 998 engine for my clubby and decided to use a 1098 camshaft...using a vernier caliper gauge i was able to determine that the 1098 cam had a higher lift than a standard 1275 cam.. my question is has anyone tried this setup or if anyone has any experience in how using a 1098 cam might be better or worse than the standard 998cam.. thanks in advance :)

The stock 1098 cam is the same as a stock A+1275 cam except it is retarded by 4 degrees. Install and dial in 4 degress advanced. It works well in a 998 engine.
