Hi guys,
I was hoping someone could help me! I removed my engine out of my 60' mini about six months ago. It was a bog standard 998 (1974 engine I think) and I have just put it back in again, albeit with a 12g295 cylinder head and a maniflow exhuast system. Now it won't start. Its got fuel, spark, correct gap on plugs/points, carb was as it was went it came off etc, fully charged battery (kept on mains charged as cranked), starter spins but doesn't want to know about firing up.
I've reused the rockers off of the standard head and the same pushrods.. Are there any difference, or should I have changed them for something different?
I hope someone can help! Its bloody annoying!
