I bought a 70's auto plas dash from abs motorsport around a year ago for my clubman and have finally got around to modifying it with gauge and button placement, i'm just about to glass a glove box and he's where the question lies.

a) is there enough room behind there to make the glove box large enough for a head deck to go in there

b) and ideas on mounting it in there? this will be my first time pulling the dash from a mini, i was thinking of trying to use the existing mounts. it also looks like the steering column bolts to a support brace, is this so?

any input will be much appreciated, cheers
