Hi all, I am having a good clear out of my shed. I have started today and so far have some nuts spare.
Postage is fine but I will have to work it out on an individual basis, depending on the quantity people want and then base the cost on the weight.

All of the nuts and bolts come from a British Aerospace source, also they are all NEW some have some light surface rust but WD40 will sort that.

I have been using these on my car for the last 3 years fine.

I have a large stock of these 12 point nuts and whatever I don't sell on here then they will go on ebay.

Have a look here and see how much you would pay in the shops!! Look at page 16.

Ok then the bolts that I have up for grabs are 12 point headed.
All the bolts are gold in colour.

The silver ones are a nickel coated item and very good for high temperature areas as that is their design use, we use these on jet engines. They are good folks and can be reused as well.

Just so you know, these work with normal Imperial spanners and sockets.

I think the problem is that they are way over spec for what most people need. I use them in our race cars at work and they are brilliant. But for the hillclimb mini we are building I will just use plain old nylocs, nyloc 1/4unf are 7p each and 1/2unf only 8p. If anyone is doing a 'special' then they would be a nice touch. I might have been interested if they were metric but your prices are above what I can get them trade for, but less than you coanbuy them individually for so they would be good for people only needing a few (we have to buy in multiples of 20 for small, sizes and 10 for bigger stuff). I think if you put them on eBay they will go well.

No, we use a specialist supplier of fasteners, we have a trade account but they will sell to the public. They are funny old fashioned place, they always deny selling anything unusual but is pushed will get almost anything however weird ( unless you talk to one guy who is real miserable bugger - if he answers the phone I make an excuse and ring back later). They used to do them off the shelf but are order only now. Prices have gone up a hell of a lot over the last five years. I used to buy m6s at 12p each! Some places will sell in ones and twos but the prices are stupid high, which makes yours a good deal for anyone just after a couple or five.
