hello guys and girls,
penny is going for her make over and i want to get a interior that dazzles and really shows her off, im going for a classic cooper mk1 interior,
now the colour of the bodywork is Smoke Grey, however the interior that i want to use is Tartan red, with dove grey centres on the seats, the door cards, roof liner, dash covers and floor will all be red, do you think this would look good with the bodywork ? or do you think that red and blue would be too much i have seen a mk1 cooper with this before, however , so to break up the red he had black contours in the cabin i cannot afford 800 pound seats so im thinking red red red !please could people post up pictures of mk1 interiors please if possible in the red and grey thanks !!! Robbie

I would have all tartan red seats, with the black vinyl on the dash and the cream headlining.

True or I just go black I think, black goes with everything although I think the red would look awesome ! Could I get away with red everything else and black seats ?

Here are some of my interior with the red and grey. Personally going to keep it as I think it gives a really good look just need to smarten it all up as its quite old and worn
Would love to know what you decide on and if you go with the red and grey please, please post some pics as still early days on my little project and a fair way off the interior.
