Basically i've owned and worked on a Mini rio 1993 for a few years now and spent quite a bit on it. Current project that life keeps putting on hold is a full engine strip and recondition so new bearings, seals gaskets full clean down bores polished crank etc.
has new flywheel as well as duplex timing chain plus other mods.

as it stands the front end is completely stripped awaiting some panels to be repaired for subframe, completed engine etc to go back in.

im currently outside of the country and will be returning for December to either complete and sell or just sell as is.

basically all parts are paid for just need to tidy up and repair panels, reassemble then get the engine up and running.

would appreciate some ballpark figures on selling as a project now or completing and selling running and MOT.
