I have had my headlining replaced and fitted by a local guy who generally deals with sunroofs and trim, done a superb job can highly reccomend him.
One thing he did not want to do was put back the grey rubber internal trim for the sunroof, seeing as the new headlining is black. He looked into getting a black rubber, or flock one but does not seem to have found any.
He mentioned as an alternative to paint the grey one black. How does one do this? Its made from rubber and would estimate its probably more than 5 years old. No signs of cracking or anything.
Are there any products that I can use that give a decent finish?

Just sent PM. I think he is based like 5 mins from me in Stoneleigh near Epsom but works mobile so can come to you. Give him a call but yeah Heathrow is not a million miles away really.
