I know how to adjust rockers, This is just that I am unsure on the mini, firstly, what order to do them in.
I was thinking of using the 9 rule, start on Cylinder 1 Valve 1 then cylinder 4 valve 8 etc.
Is this the best method, and secondly, when turning the engine over by hand, to i want to set the gap just as the rocker sparts to compress the spring, or a few degrees before?

Finally I have been reading a lot of different settings, most say set the gap to 12 Thou, Is that correct.

The engine has standard cams and rockers on a 998 A+
