the missis text me today while she was at work saying that loads of people have been going home with it from her office.

now as much as i love her, how exactly do i explain why i wont go anywhere near her until i know she is in the clear? a few years back i seemed to get this every year, without fail. since then i always find myself worrying i will get it again.....

infact she has just ventured from the other room to the loo upstairs, i am now getting ready to hear the inevitable!

if you are living in the same house as someone who has it, you WILL get it. just so contageous! i got it last year, it was grim!

not getting it this time, going to do some serious barricading if someone gets it in the house....

Avoid physical contact with her, make your own meals and thoroughly scrub your hands with anti bacterial soap before you eat.

They tried an experiment on mythbusters to see how fair infection spreads. They used an invisible fluid that glowed under a UV light. It was amazing to see how much the table glowed after the first experiment. By following the rules above they found that you could massively reduce the risk of contamination
