As if they took the head off stripped it and left it behind

Surely would have been easier just to take the head with them.
Very strange

I'd be annoyed to say the least

that is what i though, the car was sitting outside my house all weekend and no one was in so, also it would take some time for them to remove the valves, as the would need to compress the springs, its just a ******* hassle to say the least

just a pikey scum mini owner who needed valvetrain... how do i get them? i steal them.

unfortunately these are going to be impossible to trace, so may as well get the insurance money and get here rebuilt asap! on the bright side, its an impromptu time for a cylinder head de-coke!

positive, my mum and dad are both accountants, im the only mechanic in the family and no one touches my car, the fact all these bits are missing is soo werid and, the fact it would have been 10x easier just to take the whole head, im almost done 2 hours all the parts are on, ( i do say that but garentee you it wont start first time lol, think its just a few wires and some oil and coolant)

Some one broke into my 106 gti once and stole the induction kit once. Yours beats this hands down though!

Are you sure it's your head they left behind and not their old one?
