I have a full set going to fit them, the upper mounts include 4 bits, 2 of them have a flat face. Where do they go, or will it be obvious when I take the old rubber ones out?

flats at the top angled/radius at the bottom.
The radius bit locates into the cross member and gets your subframe straight.
