Good afternoon, We have a Mini in our possession that has been recovered possibly Stolen.

All ID has been removed from the vehicle and the steering / Ignition lock broken off.

The vehicle has had a lot of recent restoration work done on it and a lot of time and care been spent on it.

The vehicle is Green in colour and is a pick up body with a white coloured fibreglass cover attached.

There is a L&S owners club sticker in the rear window.

I would be gratefull if someone could contact me re this vehicle with a view to finding the owner.

Any help would be appreciated.

The thing here now is the ID, somebody will get duped into buying a car that is fake. Hopefully the car has not been stripped as well.

It is in fact, the other way around!

They were planning to put the ID from a cheap scrapper on this mint-sounding shell, and sell it on. The ID of the stolen mini is worth nothing, as it's 'hot'.

Sounds like a good result, hope it's back with it's owner soon!
