Hi mate, welcome to the site ;D

That garage looks a lovely home for some minis, maybe you're dad will catch the bug too and want one himself.

Any info on what you bought/planning to do????

My dad originally built the garage for his minis :P Its big enough for 4 at any one time :P :P

I've just got a 1982 City. Well more of a shell. no engine but its got subframes. and no interior. :ermm:

The plan is to cut out all the rust (there is A LOT) and replace all of the bad panels. I'm undecided about engine route really. I'm keen for a 1380turbo. But i may end up doing a 1380NA. My dad however would like to see a K-series or a V-tec in it  ;D :D lol. I will post a few pics up here of how it looks now. and hopefully get some progress pics too. cheers

Vtec, K series!!! :P

Each to their own eh, myself i think the A series makes the mini. Ok it might not be as fast, but you don't need it in a mini, whatever speed you're doing feels fast ;D

If you want to go the k series route, i know someone selling a metro gti if you need a engine.

lol

I'd like to keep it A-series too. but my dad is the one with all the £££ ;D
I'd ultimately like a bike engine convo tho. but not till i've saved up £10,000 :P !!
