i want to know whether anyone has used the mini sport fast road cam kit, and if so is it any good. I want to know as its much cheaper than a kent 286 kit but is there much diference between the two. cheers

Do they not provide details of the duration lift etc... to get a fair comparison.

Would also ask what's actually in the kit, as the kent ones I believe have cam, followers, matched springs, and a timing wheel

Hi,
Ive got a minisport road/rally cam in mine and most other people in my formula use a 286 and mines just as powerful as theirs :P
the kit consists of a cam, double valve springs,followers and a new set of valve stem seals
