I think I brought mine from the front backwards, I fed a bit of string through to make refitting easier

You need to disconnect this from the front loom which are mainly bullet connectors if i remember right. I would recommend tying some strong string to the end then start to pull it through. It does run up the l/h windscreen pillar. I have used some washing line to enable me pull the loom up through the pillar but we have not got as far as pulling it through the rest of the car. (with the washing line i can then hopefully pull it all back through the roof and pillars.)

As the guys said, pull it through from the front.

Tie some string/wire to the cables at the front AND to the wires from the courtesy light...

So you'll end up with two strings/wires threaded through the frame for pulling the new loom back through. Simples!

If you want to re-use the loom be careful how you pull it, I ended up with mine cut all over the place. I was replacing the whole loom, do it did not really matter, but I wanted to remove it and not leave anything behind. It came away in about 4 bits in the end! I ran the new loom along the floor to avoid snagging any wires pulling it through the roof bit.
