Try taking ONE of the right hand indicator bulbs out at a time and indicating right. When you can indicate without blowing the fuse then you know on which bulb circuit you have the short. Then trace the wires going to that bulb and look for any damage to the wires caused by sharp edges or chaffing.

My MPI blows the fuse as soon as I switch the ignition on, I need to get out there with the multimeter and sort it out...............

Now whenever I turn on the ignition C6 blows, killing the reversing light, brake lights and indicators. Hazards work perfect, but sometimes the switch is temperamental...
Any ideas?

My money is on the earth point below the wiper motor on both your cars
Both my cars? All these faults are with the same one I'm afraid xD So do you simply remove the wiper motor and look for what?

The wiper motor is nearest component i could think of.
There is a multiblock connector on the bulkhead crossmember. The spade terminals are usual issue

Have you looked at this?

Yep I have a print out of the indicator circuit from the above link and also have my Haynes wich covers upto 01/X reg Mini's.
My problem came about on the way home from my MOT. I remember reading some where that the Hazard switch might have a part to play in all this.
I'm going to get the multi meter out and disconnect each part from the circuit one by one.............
