I like group 2's over 12X5's. Ive had that look on 2 of my minis. You can paint them body colour, or contast, or match the roof. And you can put a chrome strip right round them for bling, or use the rubber strip for a more subtle look, or a combination 
Then there's the classic 'mini special' arches (the standard ones fitted to all 84 on cars) . They can look pretty smart, especially when they are nice and dark.
Or what about Wood and Picket style? Harder to fit but a real classy look.
