I for one would be very interested in CAD drawings of the entire Mini shell, or any other parts, as it would help enormously when planning to do something "just a bit different". Yes, I know, that would probably be going into the region where an IVA test would be required, but turning up with a proper set of CAD drawings for all the bits that he can't otherwise see (along with good photos of stuff which may be hidden, like structural reinforcing, seat belt mounts etc) would likely have a favourable effect on the examiner.

Lots of free blocks on CadMonkey
I used to use Solidworks at Uni for 3D work but now use AutoCAD for 2D Civils work. I always found Solidworks pretty easy to use compared to the DOS AutoCAD that I first used many moons ago. However it still takes a lot of work to create all the part drawings and put them together in an assembly drawing. It still makes me laugh when people that do not use CAD say "can you just knock up a quick plan". Yeah I can but it will not be accurate!
I quite often use blocks from CadMonkey in Consultation drawings.
