Hi,
I have been thinking about exhaust manifolds. I have been building a fairly high spec engine, a 1312cc with a 286 cam, high lift rockers, high comp, fully balanced etc and am starting to think that the manifold i have bought, the stage 2 hi flow manifold, is not suitable
anyone have any views on this? anyone used one of these? anyone got any reccomendations? ideally looking for the best suited to a rally spec engine, not after a full race manifold, i like horsepower and torque to start somewhere usable :)
i have also been looking around now for a 2nd hand maniflow system, 3 -1 manifold preferred but a high spec LCB will do. if anyone has anything lying around, if you get what i mean;)

For that spec, which is similar to my 1310 cc rally 'S', you will find a Maniflow 2-box centre-exit with a 1.75" internal diameter to be ideal.

I have a 1330 with a stg 4 head and 276 camshaft with the Maniflow LCB 1.75" outlet into a RC 40 twinbox works well
