Is there any difference between the turbo hif44 inlet manifold, ans a standard hif44 inlet manifold apart from the silly water cooling tube?

I shouldn't think so, as a turbo runs using exhaust gasses...
And I believe its actually water heating to aid starting/running in cold conditions .. at least from what I have read anyway
