Looking at a pick-up that needs work, i certainly aint a panel beater, so what the availability of replacement panels like? been looking at M Machine, and it looks like they do a good number of them,
what kind of percentage of panels can be got? or what isnt available at all?
Thanks.

Most major panels can be got such as load floor, rear quarters, tailgate, front panel and the rest of the front is pretty much as Mk1/2.
Mini Machines panels are top notch, not the cheapest but, you get what you pay for. I've used some pattern full length floor halves off eBay and they are fine.
Heritage do tailgates, sills and most of the front end. One thing to watch is the inner wings as they change with the Mk of mini, they are not all Mk1/2. Our pickup is a '79 so we needed Mk4 inner wings. There are variations in the pressings to accommodate hinges, washer bottles, wiper motor etc.
We needed a new roof skin on ours due to rot and a glass sunroof. They are not available for a pickup, we got a quote from Mini Machine to convert a saloon roof skin which came back at around £600 due to the amount of work required. We ended up finding a second hand skin complete with gutter, pillars etc on eBay for £100.
You will have to do some fabrication and repairs, panels such as the rear bulkhead are, as far as I know, still unavailable. Again, second hand sections off eBay have proved to be the way forward for patching and repairs so far.
Hope this helps.
