wots the best way to use the sobin things? use that thing to go round the wheel or put the strap thru the wheels and then ratchet?
can stop the car goin back and forth but not bouncin side to side

it should be tied down next to the wheel.
one strap across the car it will move side to side

Use the loops (system 96) and attach to wheels, loops go to the front of the wheel and the strap around the back make sure they are centre line or preferbly a cm just below centre line.
