
Building A Racing Or Autograss Mini

I have already been advied to try and get a shell that has already been used for racing, as it would mean changing less and not using a shell that could have been restored. but other than that i have recived any other things i should try and avoid. anyone else got any...

If this project can't be done during University 3rd year, we definitely need to work on this project at somepoint in future :)!

Would be awesome to do this project together! Hopefully Rob and Sven are also interested :)! Need to think about how much money its going to cost and how much time we're going to have to do it...

On the money side of things, thats up to us as it will depend on how much we want to spend and stuff, and how many of us there is


On the time side of things, it would be about a year if we want to run it as a uni project, but if not, then we have longer

A micra would be a much cheaper option if you go the autograss route.
I used to do it many many years ago and still have relatives and friends who still race, my cousin is an ex class 1 national champion!!

i currently race a class 1 mini (well got two of them so any if you need any questions answered just ask an can build on for about £1000 - £4500 depending what spec you want to go to

I haven't really looked into thatwhy dont you look at doing short oval racing like prod a's at standlake or mini stoxs
