Doh!

I've done that before, luckily it was on a scrap one i was stripping for spares so it didnt matter. Found the best way is to cut the seal away until the window nearly falls out, much easier but u must buy a new seal first.

its alot easier just to push them out from the inside.

Well at least it will now be an easy job to get it out. Push it through and use a vacuum cleaner. LOL

If you find that anoying, I had a Mini that when I shut the passenger door, after the then girlfriend got in, the rear window shattered all by itself.
