Looking for a wheel replacement next year and not sure of what to get, are you able to have 6x12's with standard arches?

I think they poke a tad but look good I think.

I was looking at the 6x12 JBW rally specials, would i have to take anything off the inside too? and the arches only have to cover tread right? (M.O.T)

You cant run 6x12 Rally Specials on standard arches, as you can see why below :P
You would need Group 5, as pictured above.
& yes you would need to get the angle grinder out, they rub.. a fair bit :shifty:

bit of a poke there! is the grinding a major job if you know what you're doing? :-) and i know all insurers are different but how much did it affect yours??

Just a fair bit lol, I dont know as i actually didnt fit them in the end as i wanted to keep it original as its a LE. Plus my dad wasn't keen on grinding a already perfect car lol.
