It's nice, but I seen an Audi TT in this colour the other day. Like it a lot.

Maniflow LCB
maniflow exhaust single box plus full fitment kit

Also got inlet manifold and carb on their way.

This little lot arrived today. Also bought another engine, which I intend to build up slow time in the garage, as and when funds allow. It's a 998, but has 69mm pistons fitted. Also picked up a 12g202 cylinder head. Will need a bit of work. So decision now is, turbo, supercharger or twin carbs. Twin carb set up is looking most likely, but only time (and money) will tell.

Offered the wheels up today, and although they are 10x6' the rears hardly protrude from the arches, different story on the frone though, so wondering if maybe I ought to fit the spacered drums on the rear. Otherwise it's going to look odd. Any thoughts or advice on this?

Have you got drums on the front?

fit spacered drums on the back, I think Discs on the front push them out abit more.

Has drums front and rear at the moment. Got full 7.5 cooper s set up to fit when I eventually get around to it. I've ordered minisport Monte Carlo arches to cover them.

When you fit the brake kit it will push the fronts out even further so I suggest the spacered rear drums with the longer studs

Cheers. That is what I was thinking, but wasn't sure it was possible.
Cheers.

Not for the last 4 years. I keep meaning to buy one, but something always comes up. Think my DC-2 was the best car i've owned for pure fun. Shame everything you need to modify them is so expensive.

Wow... I always thought to myself a decent set of wheels and he'd look 10x better... love the new wheels! :proud:

Cheers Ryan, I like them, but will look even better when I get the force racing wheels, but that isn't going to happen until the rebuild in 2014. Staying small bore, but have got another engine which is going to get built up and fingers crossed, should be a little cracker.
