Hi, my minis in a bit of a sorry state at the min, basicly needed a new alternator after killing 2 batteries and leaving me stranded in battle (near hastings) when i live in croydon (surrey),
went to euros for a replacement because my local mini specialists are closed for festive season, and the new one only comes with the fan... no notch thing to hold the pulley or fan still,
so i was wressling on their shop floor trying to get the old bits off for the new one, adn now i cant remember what order everything goes on ive got a chunky washer with notch at bottom
then fan then hexagonal washer that also sits in the pulley then a washer and nut on the end.. is this correct?
