not sure if this is a myth BUT i dont think there would be many as sports packs have 13s and 13s dont have the best handling characteristics, which is what you would want in a rally.
Purely speculation though, but i have a rather large collection of rally mini pics and i dont recal seeing any sportspack coopers.

Just looking for styling. Not technical know how etc.

As said. you wont find any Minis built for rallying with sportspack wheels and arches.
Large wheels, Less arch clearence, Heavy wheels too!
