Hi all!

I'm about to do a complete restoration of a mini cooper spi and toying with the idea of changing its look. I'm thinking of a black body, black grille, red mirrors, red or black roof roof, red cooper stripes with ultralites (satin black, red rings). Has anybody tried this? I've searched through many treads but mostly all-black minis. Appreciate pictures!

Loosely, i'm going for this Abarth scheme.

i think with a dark but not to dark red roof and wheels like GPO red you would pull it off

Thanks! 2 people in this forum think this works =) I agree with the roof and its probably the trickiest part in this color scheme.

Good enough for me. Still I'd appreciate if someone has pictures to share ...

y dont u keep roof black but just to the gutter red.. pinstripe the roof so to spk
