It looks really good!

It would stop the paint getting chipped and rusting too!

yea il do a guide when ive got 5 mins..;).... but was very easy.... hardest thing was sticking the vinyl down

Did you use any backing or is it just vinyl?



i used 4/5mm fibre board as it bends easy with the different contours of the lid the just wrapped it in vinyl with spray adhesive.. fastened it down using ally riv nuts and m4 stainless allen head nuts with spring washers so they dont vibrate loose

next step is too make a pocket so i can put my jack and tools in so they dont skate around in the boot.. :D

no rust on mine as of yet as its freshly painted..;)...but give it a few months lol

A good coat of waxoyl behind the cover would help stop the rust
