You don't....not unless you live a few miles away from there and have a mate whose sister works in the sales department

They are notoriously tight, I managed to get 'trade' discount a few years ago, checked prices and there was a few pence in it if that. Given they are so expensive it is surprising. But to be fair their service has been brilliant when I have used them.

I get discount through work
altho I think my boss has connections at most places anyway so unlikely to need to use tweekies

Get an MSA race license, get on their Pole Position sponsorship program and get a whopping 10% off haha... Agree with the customer service comments though, it is a cracking place

I don't have a problem with their prices to be honest. They are always friendly with me and it's only 5 miles away so the handiest place by far for me. They also have lots of reasonably priced tools there including some of the stuff I've needed for the Mini on the odd occasion.

Sometimes even with the discount i can get the item i want is cheaper elsewhere if you search the tinterweb.
But i have to say the Tweeks customer service is the best i have had from anywhere. Bought some unions for making my own oil cooler pipes and one part of the union was missing. They sorted it out straight away and the parts arrived next day and even a follow up call the day after to check all was well.
For quality products and service i think they are hard to beat....thats why works racing and rally teams use them.

Befriending people for discount wouldn't be very nice would it
But no, i agree with people on customer service - they're really good. Everyone i've spoke to in store has been really helpful too.
