I need to cut a piece of carpet to fit the rear parcel shelf, (behind the rear seat back), for a 1989 Mini 30.

Do you know about any downloadable template or diagram I can use?

Thanks

(Sorry for mentioning valance instead of parcel shelf in the title. Im not a native english speaker and I confused the proper word)

Couldn't you take the speakers off, then the board with the carpet on and just use that as temlpate? would have thought it was the same, perhaps make it a little bigger?

The only thing with this is that the board doesn't exactly follow the line of the panel, they didnt have to as the seat covers this up.

Anyone correct me if im wrong ;D

+1 for using the existing board for a template,
I fitted my speakers yesterday and the board was in and out so many times, and with the window out, i could see that the board is shaped to make removal and refitting possible without snapping it. You might not have the same problem with carpet.

The best way, if you dont want to/cant use the board would be to make your own template, then you know it will fit

get a piece of paper and make your own template. really not difficult. Once you got the template you can then do the carpet properly with board.
