hi all i have a small problem my mini wont start straight away it needs to be boosted from a power pk when starting after started starts every time but when i check the voltage on the battery it read 12 .4 volts why could this be? also i have a problem with my wipers when i got the car the wipers worked but the water when it came out of the jets it spat out with no power in it i checked all pipes washer bottle and cleaned anything i could and hasnt made a difference could it be the washer pump is there a reli good make washer pump i could buy to put this problem aside its a 79 clubman cheers for any help cormac
